Spadone offers several simple conversions that improve performance and reduce maintenance, as well as machine add-ons that will improve productivity and efficiency. B1 – Complete Feed Roll Kit
The kit eliminates the ratchet assembly with an electric clutch and brake.

B2 – Air Operated Fabric Clamp
Enhanced way to activate the fabric clamp. A change of air pressure will adjust for exactly the correct fabric clamping pressure. Difficult adjustments at the end of the clamp are no longer necessary.

B3 – Bias Angle Raceway Clamp
Simplified method of changing the bias angle. A movement of the manual air valve frees the raceway for change of angle.

B4 – Servo Feed Roll Conversion
This kit uses servo technology to enhance cut accuracy. Replaces the old electro-mechanical fabric feed mechanism with a direct servo drive to the feed roll.

B5 – Aluminum Clamp Bar
Improved clamp bar stops damaging the surface of the raceway

B6 – Warner Electric Clutch and Brake
This kit replaces the JW8 mechanical clutch.

B7 – Anti-Friction Bearings / Bearing Supports
Replaces the antiquated Babbit Bearings in the Main Drive.
