WSW GRINDING SYSTEM
REVEAL white sidewall (WSW) grinding systems, brought to you by Spadone, are the world standard when it comes grinding and trimming in the tire industry. Highly automated, these systems are design to recognize each incoming tire code for accurate setup. Also available is our CONSEAL protective spray system which can be integrated with any new system or retrofitted onto an existing machine.
REVEAL white sidewall (WSW) grinding systems are designed to seamlessly integrate with the flow of your tire production process. Using the latest in motion control and barcode recognition, tire codes are identified and communicated to the system for an automated setup to a specific tire size.Â

Tires are indexed into the machine where the white sidewall lettering is revealed via a course and fine grinding head, both servo-controlled for position and depth. Once the grinding process is complete, the system automatically transports the tire either to one of our CONSEAL protective painting systems, or the next step in your tire production process.
